Welcome to Islam Pro, developed by Stelward Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the “App”). By using Islam Pro, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

To provide a seamless, localized, and highly functional experience, we collect the following types of data:

a. Personal Identification Information: If you choose to log in via social authentication providers, we collect your User ID (UID), email address, display name, and profile picture. This data is used strictly for cross-device synchronization and identifying you within the community features.

b. Location Data: We request precise location data (Latitude and Longitude) to provide accurate prayer times, localized weather updates, and nearby mosques through industry-leading astronomical and location-based data providers. This data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers.

c. Microphone & Voice Data: Our “Find Recited Verse” feature requires microphone access. The audio recorded is sent securely to industry-leading third-party AI service providers for Speech-to-Text processing. We do not store, save, or share your voice recordings. The audio data is processed instantly for transcription and immediately discarded.

d. User-Generated Content: If you participate in our social features, such as “Dua Fellowship” or “Khatms” reading rooms, the names and prayers you submit become visible to other users. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in these public forums.

e. Device, Usage, and Advertising Data: We partner with premium third-party networks and analytics providers. These partners may collect device information, IP addresses, Advertising IDs (AD_ID), app usage statistics, and crash reports to serve relevant advertisements, monitor app performance, and improve user experience.

f. Device Storage, Media & Camera: We request access to your device’s storage and media (photos and videos) to enable you to save, download, and share PDFs, as well as beautifully generated Verse , Hadith, and Dua cards. Additionally, we require camera access strictly to power the “Qibla İmage Mode” feature, helping you find the precise prayer direction. We only save or access files generated by the App and do not scan, read, or upload your personal media gallery.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
  • Synchronize your personal settings and Zikir counts across devices via our Cloud Sync Engine.
  • Respond to your AI-assisted queries via the “Believer’s Assistant” (powered by secure third-party artificial intelligence engines).
  • Serve contextually appropriate advertisements.
  • Process future in-app purchases and Premium subscriptions seamlessly.

4. Third-Party Services

We partner with industry-leading services to power Islam Pro. These third parties operate under their own strict privacy frameworks and are categorized as follows:

  • Cloud & Database Providers: For secure authentication, real-time database hosting, and cloud messaging.
  • AI & Machine Learning Partners: For AI chat assistance and instant, secure audio processing.
  • Data API Services: For precise astronomical calculations, location-based services, and weather data.
  • Advertising Networks: For serving relevant, localized advertisements.
  • Analytics & Performance Providers: For monitoring app stability, diagnosing crashes, and understanding user engagement.
  • Subscription Management Partners: For securely verifying and managing in-app purchases and Premium access cross-platform.

5. Data Retention and Your Deletion Rights

Your personal data is retained as long as your account is active. We empower our users with full control over their data.

In-App Data & Account Deletion: You can instantly and permanently delete your cloud backups and personal data directly within the app. To do this:

1- Open the app and go to the Settings menu.

2- Tap on the Account and Synchronization (Cloud Accounts) section at the top.

3- Scroll down to the “Data Cleaning” section and tap the red “Clear All Data” button.
Note: This action is irreversible and will permanently erase all your synced data from our cloud servers.

6. Subscriptions and Payments (Premium)

While Islam Pro offers extensive free features, future Premium subscriptions will be processed securely via Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and seamlessly synchronized using industry-leading subscription infrastructure providers. We do not collect or store your credit card details or billing information on our servers. All transactions are governed by the respective platform’s privacy and payment terms.

7. Regional Sensitivities & Legal Compliance

We are deeply committed to respecting local laws, cultural sensitivities, and regional rights, particularly for users in regions such as Palestine and the TRNC (KKTC). Our data processing adheres to global privacy frameworks, including the GDPR (Europe) and CCPA (California).

8. Children’s Privacy

Islam Pro is designed for users of all ages. However, features requiring account creation, public sharing (Dua/Khatm), and AI interactions are intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect technological or legal changes. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy or via an in-app notification.
