1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Stelward Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, processes, stores, and shares information when you use the Budget Pro mobile application (“Budget Pro” or the “App”).
Budget Pro is a personal income and expense tracking, budgeting, calculation, reminder, and AI-assisted informational tool.
Budget Pro does not provide banking, brokerage, investment advisory, lending, payment-processing, money-transfer, insurance, or other regulated financial services.
By using Budget Pro, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
2. Age Eligibility
Budget Pro is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at support@stelwardstudios.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
3. Information We Collect and Process
Depending on the features you use, the permissions you grant, and whether you create an account or enable optional services, Budget Pro may collect or process the following categories of information.
3.1 Financial and App Data Stored on Your Device
Budget Pro follows an offline-first approach. Most information you enter is stored locally on your device.
This information may include:
- Income and expense transactions;
- Transaction amounts, categories, dates, and notes;
- Financial goals and goal contribution histories;
- Budget and billing-cycle preferences;
- Currency and display preferences;
- Favorite tools and other App settings;
- Reminder preferences;
- AI usage limits and Premium status indicators; and
- Other information you voluntarily enter into the App.
This information remains on your device unless you explicitly use a feature that requires transmission, such as cloud backup, AI-assisted processing, customer support, purchase verification, or AI-response reporting.
Uninstalling the App or clearing its local storage may permanently delete locally stored information that has not been backed up.
3.2 Account and Authentication Information
If you choose to sign in using Google or another supported authentication service, we may receive and process:
- A unique user identifier;
- Name or display name;
- Email address;
- Profile picture or profile picture URL;
- Authentication-provider information;
- Account and sign-in status; and
- Account creation or last sign-in timestamps.
Authentication is provided through Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication.
This information is used to authenticate you, associate optional cloud backups with your account, provide account-related functionality, process support requests, and restore eligible services across devices.
Signing out, disconnecting Google Sign-In, or uninstalling Budget Pro does not automatically delete your Budget Pro authentication account or cloud data.
3.3 Optional Cloud Backup and Synchronization
If you choose to use cloud backup or synchronization, Budget Pro may securely store selected information in Google Cloud Firestore under your authenticated user identifier.
Cloud backup may include:
- Transactions, including amounts, categories, dates, and notes;
- Financial goals and contribution histories;
- Selected App preferences;
- Currency and billing-cycle settings;
- Display and reminder preferences;
- Premium or advertisement-removal status indicators; and
- The date and time of the latest synchronization.
Cloud backup is optional and is initiated through the App’s cloud-data controls.
Budget Pro’s current cloud-backup function covers transactions, financial goals, and selected App settings.
3.4 Artificial Intelligence Features
Budget Pro provides optional AI-assisted features, including a budgeting assistant and user-requested income and expense summaries.
Before personal or financial information is transmitted for AI processing, the App displays an in-app disclosure and requests your affirmative consent.
When you use the AI-assisted budgeting feature, the following information may be transmitted:
- Messages and questions you submit;
- Relevant conversation context;
- App language; and
- Technical request information required to operate and secure the service.
When you request an income and expense summary, the following information may be transmitted:
- Total monthly income;
- Total monthly expenses;
- Spending totals grouped by category;
- Selected currency; and
- App language.
This information is transmitted through Google Firebase Cloud Functions and then to OpenAI to generate the requested response.
We process this information to:
- Provide the requested AI-assisted response or summary;
- Maintain the context of the current interaction;
- Detect and prevent abuse;
- Maintain service security; and
- Diagnose service errors.
Budget Pro does not intentionally persist ordinary AI conversation history in Google Cloud Firestore or another Stelward Studios cloud database. The current conversation may remain temporarily in the App’s memory while the active session is open. However, requests may be processed or temporarily logged by cloud and AI service providers for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and legal compliance according to their applicable agreements and privacy practices.
Do not include passwords, payment-card information, bank credentials, government identifiers, health records, or other highly sensitive information in AI prompts.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. They are provided for general informational and educational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit, insurance, or other professional advice.
Budget Pro does not use AI to execute transactions, manage investments, access financial accounts, or make decisions on your behalf.
You may decline AI processing and continue using non-AI features of Budget Pro.
3.5 AI Response Reports
Budget Pro allows users to report problematic AI-generated content from within the App.
When you submit an AI-response report, we may collect and store:
- The relevant user prompt;
- The AI-generated response;
- The selected report reason;
- The feature from which the report was submitted;
- App language;
- AI model information;
- Your authenticated user identifier, if available;
- Report status; and
- Submission timestamp.
Reports are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and are used to investigate inaccurate, harmful, offensive, deceptive, or otherwise problematic AI content, improve safety controls, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable platform policies.
Please avoid submitting additional sensitive information through a report.
3.6 Support Requests and App Feedback
If you contact us through the in-app support or feedback features, we may process:
- Your authenticated user identifier, if available;
- Email address, if available;
- Selected support topic;
- Message or feedback content;
- Rating;
- App version;
- Submission timestamp; and
- Support or review status.
This information is used to respond to requests, investigate technical issues, improve Budget Pro, and maintain support records.
Messages sent using your device’s email application are also subject to the privacy practices of your email provider.
3.7 Purchases and Subscription Information
Budget Pro may offer subscriptions, lifetime purchases, and other Premium products.
Payments are processed by Google Play or, where applicable, the Apple App Store. RevenueCat is used to verify purchases, manage entitlements, restore purchases, and synchronize Premium access.
We may process:
- Purchased product identifier;
- Subscription or entitlement status;
- Purchase, renewal, expiration, or cancellation status;
- Transaction-related identifiers;
- Store and platform information; and
- Anonymous or account-linked RevenueCat customer identifiers.
We do not directly receive or store your full payment-card details. Payment information is handled by the applicable app store and payment provider.
3.8 Device, Advertising, Analytics, and Performance Information
Budget Pro and its service providers may automatically process:
- Device or advertising identifiers;
- Device type and operating-system information;
- IP address and approximate location derived from network information;
- App version and language;
- App interactions and feature usage;
- Advertising impressions and interactions;
- Crash logs;
- Diagnostic and performance information;
- Cloud-function request information; and
- Security and application-integrity signals.
We use this information to operate and improve Budget Pro, diagnose crashes, measure feature usage, prevent fraud and abuse, protect cloud services, and display or measure advertisements.
Firebase Crashlytics data collection is disabled in development builds and enabled in production builds for stability and crash diagnostics.
Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, advertising data, and App activity according to your region, consent selections, device settings, and Google’s applicable policies.
3.9 Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
The free version of Budget Pro may display advertisements through Google AdMob.
Where required, Budget Pro uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent or present privacy choices before initializing advertising services.
You may be able to review or update advertising privacy choices through the Privacy Options section in the App, where required for your region.
You may also manage advertising identifiers and personalization controls through your device or Google account settings.
Premium access may remove advertisements as described on the applicable purchase screen.
3.10 Notifications, Time Zone, and Biometric Authentication
Budget Pro may request notification permission to provide budgeting, goal, transaction, or billing reminders selected by you.
Reminder content and schedules are generally created and processed locally on your device. Your device time zone may be used locally to schedule notifications correctly.
Notifications can be disabled through the App or your device settings.
Budget Pro also offers an optional App Lock feature. Biometric or device-credential authentication is performed by your device’s operating system. Stelward Studios does not receive, collect, store, or transmit your fingerprint, facial template, device PIN, or other biometric credential.
4. How We Use Information

5. Third-Party Services
Budget Pro relies on third-party services that may process information on our behalf or as independent service providers.
These services may include:
- Google and Firebase services: Authentication, databases, cloud functions, analytics, crash reporting, advertising consent, application integrity, and cloud infrastructure;
- Google Sign-In: Optional account authentication;
- Google AdMob: Advertisement delivery, limitation, personalization where permitted, and measurement;
- OpenAI: Generation of AI-assisted budgeting responses and income and expense summaries;
- RevenueCat: Purchase verification, entitlement management, and subscription infrastructure;
- Google Play: Android application distribution and payment processing; and
- Apple App Store: Application distribution and payment processing where Budget Pro is made available on Apple platforms.
These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We encourage you to review the policies of the services relevant to the features you use.
6. Advertising
The free version of Budget Pro may display banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, App activity, advertising interactions, and technical information to deliver, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure advertisements.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. Certain advertising activities may be considered “sharing,” cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising under some regional laws.
Available choices depend on your location, consent selections, Google account settings, device privacy controls, and advertising-identifier settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the features you use;
- Maintain your account and optional cloud backup;
- Manage Premium purchases and entitlements;
- Review support requests and AI-content reports;
- Satisfy legal, accounting, security, or platform obligations;
- Resolve disputes; and
- Prevent fraud or abuse.
Retention periods vary depending on the information and purpose.
Local financial information remains on your device until you delete it, clear App storage, or uninstall the App.
Cloud backup remains associated with your account until you delete it through the available cloud-data controls or request deletion.
Support tickets, ratings, AI reports, analytics events, crash reports, and technical logs may be retained for a reasonable period necessary to complete their purpose and maintain service security.
Information may remain in protected backups for a limited period before being overwritten. Third-party service providers may retain information according to their own retention practices and legal obligations.
8. Account and Data Deletion
8.1 Deleting Local App Data
You can delete locally stored Budget Pro information using the App’s local-data clearing controls.
This may delete:
- Local transactions;
- Financial goals and histories;
- App preferences;
- Reminder settings;
- Locally stored AI-consent status; and
- Other information stored within the App on that device.
Deleting local data does not automatically delete cloud backup, your Firebase Authentication account, app-store purchase records, RevenueCat entitlement records, support requests, AI reports, or information retained by third-party providers.
8.2 Deleting Cloud Backup
Authenticated users may use the cloud-data management controls in Budget Pro to delete the financial backup stored under their account.
Cloud-backup deletion does not automatically delete:
- The Firebase Authentication account;
- The user’s Google account;
- Purchase records maintained by an app store;
- RevenueCat records required to verify purchases;
- Support requests or AI reports that must temporarily be retained for safety, legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes; or
- Information independently retained by third-party providers.
8.3 Complete Account and Associated Data Deletion
Authenticated users can permanently delete their Budget Pro account and associated eligible cloud data directly from within the App.
To delete an account:
- Open Budget Pro;
- Go to Settings;
- Open the signed-in cloud account panel;
- Select Cloud Settings;
- Select Delete Account; and
- Review and confirm the permanent deletion notice.
This process deletes:
- The Budget Pro Firebase Authentication account;
- The financial backup stored under the account;
- Account-linked support requests;
- Account-linked feedback; and
- Account-linked AI-response reports.
Financial data stored locally on the device is not automatically deleted during account deletion. Local data can be removed separately through the App’s local-data controls or the device’s application-storage settings.
Deleting a Budget Pro account does not delete the user’s Google account, cancel an app-store subscription, or remove purchase records retained by Google Play, the Apple App Store, RevenueCat, or other providers under their legal obligations.
To request assistance with account deletion, email:
Use the subject:
Budget Pro Account Deletion Request
We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent deletion.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.
These measures may include:
- Encrypted network connections;
- Firebase authentication;
- Cloud-database access controls;
- Firebase App Check and application-integrity measures;
- Restricted administrative access;
- Device-based biometric protection; and
- Data-minimization practices.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss.
You are responsible for protecting your device, Google account, authentication credentials, and locally stored financial information.
10. International Data Transfers
Stelward Studios and the service providers used by Budget Pro may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Where required, applicable contractual, legal, or organizational safeguards may be used for international data transfers. Privacy and data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. California Privacy Notice
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and related laws, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing or targeted-advertising activities.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
Advertising providers may process identifiers, approximate location, advertising information, and App activity in ways that may be treated as “sharing” under California law.
California residents may submit applicable requests to support@stelwardstudios.com and may review available advertising privacy choices through the App or their device settings.
13. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Similar Regions
Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar legislation applies, the legal basis for processing may include:
- Performance of a contract or provision of requested App functionality;
- Your consent, including consent for optional AI processing, advertising, and device permissions where required;
- Our legitimate interests in maintaining, securing, and improving Budget Pro; and
- Compliance with legal obligations.
You may withdraw consent through available App controls, device settings, advertising privacy controls, by clearing applicable local App data, or by contacting us.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
14. Sale of Personal Information
Stelward Studios does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.
We do not use financial information entered into Budget Pro to directly advertise financial products, offer loans, execute investments, provide financial advice, or sell user financial profiles.
Third-party advertising activities may nevertheless be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain regional laws, as explained in this Policy.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Budget Pro, our service providers, applicable laws, or platform policies.
When we update this Policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Where required, we may provide additional notice through the App, our website, or another appropriate method.
